In addition to in-house auto repair in san diego county, we offer full service and remanufacturing of turbochargers. Our shop is outfitted with the right equipment to help you in any way needed to get better fuel mileage or to increase horsepower.

We offer the following Turbocharger services....

Balance & Grinding

When your turbo is received, we start immediately to remanufacture the turbine wheel and shaft and dynamically balance it to factory specifications. On the turbine wheel and shaft assemblies we are able to grind the journals undersize. This procedure ensures long life and quiet operation. We are also able to change the contour of your turbine blades, thus saving you money.

Honing and Welding

Our special equipment allows us to oversize your bearing housing. We can also weld and sleeve your chipped turbines and compressor blades and sleeve the bearing housing to original specifications.

Milling Machine and Lathe

Our remanufacturing facility would not be complete without our milling machine and lathe. These allow us to resleeve, resurface, and change the contour of components.

Upgrades

Turbo Master can provide you with customized turbochargers that meet your boost requirements. Our years of experience and expertise in upgrading turbos to the desired specifications. With our precision tools, we can give you peek performance with the most accurate matching of components.

We offer new OEM and performance Garrett ball-bearing and Garrett journal bearing turbos. We are a distributor of Comp performance triple ball-bearing turbos.
